Moneyview files DRHP for a ₹1500 crore IPO

Moneyview IPO date is not announced yet. Moneyview is a book built issue and have plan to raise around ₹[.] crores via IPO that comprises fresh issue of ₹1,500 crores and offer for sale of ₹[.] crores, up to 136,095,900 Equity Shares with face value of ₹1 each. The retail quota is 35%, QIB is 50%, and HNI is 15% as per DRHP. The IPO to list on NSE and BSE.

Moneyview Limited, a leading Indian financial technology (fintech) company, submitted its Draft Herring Prospectus with SEBI to raise funds via Initial Public Offerings (IPO).

As per the document, the firm will raise funds of ₹1500 crore via a fresh issue and 13.60 crore shares via an Offer for Sale component. 

Promoters Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, along with investors such as Crimson Winter, Accel India IV (Mauritius) Ltd, Internet Fund III, NLI Strategic Venture Investment, TI JPNIN India Holdco Ltd, Accel Growth IV Holdings (Mauritius) Ltd, Ribbit Capital, and Apis Growth II (Mimosa) Pte Ltd, will sell a part of their shares under the OFS component.


Moneyview is also planning to raise a fund of ₹300 crore via a pre-IPO placement. If the pre-issue round takes place, then the fund of ₹300 crore will be reduced from the fresh issue. 

Object of the issue 

  • The firm will use the funds raised from the fresh issue to expand its financial services business.
  • ₹650 crore will be used to support loan disbursals under Default Loss Guarantee (DLG) arrangements.
  • ₹450 crore will be invested in its subsidiary Whizdm Finance to strengthen its capital base.
  • The remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Founded in 2014 by IIT Delhi graduates Puneet Agarwal and Sanjay Aggarwal, Moneyview is India’s top-rated all-in-one financial app that offers all kinds of financial and lending services. It offers loans, credit tracking, and personal finance management services through its mobile platform.

The firm also reported assets under management (AUM) of ₹19,814 crore as of December 2025. 

Financially, in FY25, the firm generated a revenue of ₹2,379 crore from operations and a net profit of ₹240 crore. 

The book running lead managers to the issue are Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, BofA Securities India, and Kotak Mahindra Capital. While MUFG Intime India is the registrar of the issue.
