Strengths:
- The firm has strategically located three manufacturing facilities near key ports and raw material sources, which benefits them with cost-efficient procurement, lower logistics costs, and faster order fulfillment.
- Established track record of executing and handling complex EPC projects and strong backward integration capabilities.
- Strong backup of a diverse range of Private sector customers and Government customers such as Indian Railways, Various other state DISCOMs (electricity distribution companies), Government-owned and controlled electricity companies, Public enterprises, and Electricity boards.
- As of March 2026, the firm has a strong and diversified order book of ₹3,243.4 crore across its manufacturing and EPC businesses.
Weaknesses:

- Sudden increases or fluctuations in prices, or delays in the supply of raw materials, lead to increased costs, which can negatively affect the business operations.
