Landmark Immigration IPO Subscribed over 1.79x on its first day of subscription wherein QIB subscribed 1.12x, NII subscribed 0.9x, and RII subscribed 2.77x.

Landmark Immigration IPO subscription started on Thursday, January 16, 2025, and will close on January 20, 2025, as per the schedule. The price band is set at ₹70 to ₹72 per share with a face value of ₹10.

This has a revenue of 37.07 crores in 2024, compared to 2023’s ₹21.63 crores. Compared to its 2023 profit of ₹4.43 crores, the company’s 2024 profit was ₹11.12 crores.
