About BMW Ventures IPO

Incorporated on October 07, 1994, BMW Ventures Limited is one of the well-known companies involved in the distribution of Long and Flat steel products in the state of Bihar (India). The company is engaged in the making of various steel products such as TMT bars, GI sheet, HR sheet, Wire rods, Galvanized Color Coated sheet, Doors, GP sheet, Pipes, Hollow Sections, Screw and more. Additionally, they are also the leading distributor of tractor engines and spare parts in Bihar.

Aside from distributing steel products, the company is also occupied fabrication of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), manufacturing of PVC pipes, and RDSO-approved manufacturer of Steel Girders used in the construction of bridges for Indian Railways in Bihar. The company buys steel products from its suppliers based on factors like quantity, type of steel, and quality. BMW Ventures includes a supported team of 110 employees as of July 31, 2024.
