Online Instruments India filed a DRHP for an IPO

Online Instruments IPO date is not announced yet. Online Instruments is a book built issue and have plan to raise around ₹[.] crores via IPO that comprises fresh issue of ₹750 crores and offer for sale of ₹[.] crores, up to 5,710,000 Equity Shares with face value of ₹2 each. The retail quota is 35%, QIB is 50%, and HNI is 15% as per DRHP. The IPO to list on NSE and BSE.

Online Instruments India, one of the leading audiovisual systems integration solutions providers, has submitted its DRHP with the market regulator SEBI to raise funds via an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

According to the draft papers, the firm is planning to raise ₹750 crore via a fresh issue and up to 57.10 lakh equity shares via the offer-for-sale component.  

Under the OFS component, promoters Anita Mahesh Bellad and Rajeshwari Shivanand Mahashetti will be selling their stake in the IPO.


Object to the Issue

The firm is planning to use the proceeds raised from the fresh issue towards:

  • Repayment or prepayment of existing borrowings taken by the company
  • Funding working capital requirements
  • Supporting inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions
  • Meeting general corporate purposes

As per the prospectus, by listing on the stock exchanges, the firm is looking to enhance its brand visibility and image, with several other benefits to grow its business. 

The book-running lead manager of the issue is Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Ltd and Equirus Capital Ltd. While the registrar to the issue is MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd.

The firm is involved in offering AV, communications, and collaboration solutions for businesses, offices, and large institutions. The company has over 20 years of experience in offering AV solutions for smart conference rooms, large auditoriums, network operating command centres, and customer experience centres. 

Financially, as of December 2025, the firm has generated a revenue of ₹466.167 crore from operations, with an EBITDA of ₹33.386 crore in the same year.
