T.C. Terrytex submits DRHP for an IPO

T.C. Terrytex Ltd, India’s leading textile manufacturing company, filed its preliminary papers to SEBI on March 30 to launch its Initial Public Offering(IPO). As per the draft papers, this IPO will include both a fresh issue of ₹170 crore and an Offer-for-sale of up to 67.50 lakh Equity Shares with a face value of ₹10.

Under the OFS component, the promoter Ashis Living Private Limited will sell 67.50 lakh Equity Shares. 

The book-running lead manager of the issue is Sobhagya Capital Options Private Limited, and Skyline Financial Services Private Limited is the registrar to the IPO. 

T.C. Terrytex is looking to use the funds of the fresh issue towards the repayment/prepayment of existing borrowings taken by the company. While some proceeds towards the General corporate purposes.

Incorporated on August 30, 2005, T.C. Terrytex started its business in the cotton-based home textile segment and is involved in the exporting and manufacturing of terry towel products.

Its product range includes a wide range of terry towels, including Suvin towel, Organic cotton towel, Supima towel, solid combed towel, solid carded towel, fashion towels, hotel towels, and many more. Along with towels, the firm is also involved in the processing and selling of dyed yarn. Its clients are both domestic and international, and it is known to offer high-quality towel products. 

Financially, in FY25, the firm generated a revenue of ₹673.48 crore from operations. In the same year, PAT also rose to ₹17 crore with EBITDA reaching ₹59.04 crore. For more such updates and IPO-related queries, follow IPO Watch.
