Zelio E-Mobility IPO was subscribed overall 1.50 times on the last day. QIB was subscribed 1.61 times, while the retail quota was subscribed 1.32 times, and the NII quota was subscribed 1.76 times, respectively.

Zelio E-Mobility got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹78.34 crores via IPO that comprises a fresh issue of ₹62.84 crores and offer for sale up to 11,40,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. 

The company has set up a price band between ₹129 to ₹136 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 2,000 shares were available in 2 lot sizes for the minimum and maximum retail categories. A total of 3,000 shares were available in 3 lot sizes for the S-HNI Minimum category. 

Maximum and Minimum retailer investors have to pay ₹2,72,000.  

S-HNI categories have to pay ₹4,08,000. 

Subscription duration of Zelio E-Mobility  

Zelio E-Mobility IPO was opened for subscription on September 30, 2025, and was closed for subscription on October 3, 2025. The Allotment status of Zelio E-Mobility was finalized on October 6, 2025, whereas the IPO listing is to be announced on October 8, 2025. 

Funds Deployment of This Company 

The company plans to use the money raised from the new shares for the following purposes: 

  • The proceeds raised from the fresh issue will be used towards the repayment/prepayment of the existing borrowings taken by the company.
  • Some funds will be used towards setting up a new manufacturing unit.

The company runs its business under 2 brands, which are “Zelio” for electric two-wheelers and “Tanga” for electric three-wheelers. 

The company has been involved in making eco-friendly vehicles that produce less pollution, less noise, and save energy. The company’s portfolio consists of various electric 2-wheelers and 3- wheelers are EEVA, EEVAZX, GRACY, Legender, Mystery, and XMen. It includes around 193 employees as of August 31, 2025. The company runs its operations from a 24,458 sq. meter facility in Ladwa, Haryana. It can produce up to 72,000 electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers each year using modern machines for manufacturing and assembly.
