Shrydus Industries is in the process of acquiring a 100 % export-oriented pharmaceutical manufacturing Plant of tablets and capsules with over 400 products registered in the name of Astra Lifecare (India) Private Limited, which is situated in the Gujarat region of India. The pharma plant shall be acquired by way of acquiring 100% shareholding and ownership. The business model is based on client relationships that are established over a period rather than a project-based execution approach. The company believes that long-term client relationships fetche better dividends. They intend to continue to grow by expanding our network through the addition of new branches.
