Shringar House of Mangalsutra got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹400.95 crores. This IPO consists entirely of a fresh issue of ₹400.95 crores with a face value of ₹10 each. Moreover, the company has set up a price band between ₹155 to ₹165 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 90 shares were available in 1 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category, and for the maximum retail category, 1,170 shares in 13 lot sizes. S-HNI (Minimum) total of 1,260 shares in a 14-lot size. While B-HNI Minimum, a total of 6,120 shares in a 68-lot size. 

To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹14,850 and maximum investment of ₹1,93,050.

Shringar House of Mangalsutra includes a 12-member design team and 182 in-house Karigars as of December 31, 2024. The company supplies its products across the United Kingdom, New Zealand, the UAE, the USA, and the Republic of Fiji, catering to corporate clients, wholesale jewellers, and retail outlets. 

Some of the company’s major clients include Malabar Gold, Titan, GRT Jewellers, Reliance Retail, Joyalukkas India, and Damas Jewellery (UAE). In FY24, the company served 33 corporate clients, 96 wholesalers, and 832 retailers.

In 2025, the company earned ₹56.47 crores in revenue, up from ₹36.73 crores in 2024. Its profit also grew to ₹12.14 crores in 2025, more than double the ₹5.49 crores profit from 2024.
