RIIL said that they will announce the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25. Additionally, they will also announce the date of the dividend once approved by the shareholders.
In FY25, the company generated an income of ₹18.94 crore, compared with last year, the revenue was ₹20.70 crore, due to lower use of infrastructure assets. Whereas, the net profit of the quarter was ₹3.20 crore, if compared to Q4 FY23-24, the net profit was ₹3.69 crore.
Founded in 1957, Maharashtra, RIIL is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest private sector companies that has grown from a textile and polyester company to a combined business across energy, materials, retail, entertainment, and digital services.
Additionally, the company is also involved in offering infrastructure support services that include the transportation of petroleum products and raw water through pipelines. The company reported that as of now, they don’t have any plans to expand in the pipeline.
During the intra-day trading duration, the stock price of RIIL on April 17 opened at ₹833 and closed at ₹842 on BSE.
