Rail Vikas IPO Listed at Rs.19 on BSE & NSE

Rail Vikas IPO to list on NSE and BSE on 11th April 2019. The PSU company not able to get the good response as it was looked but still it managed to subscribed in all the categories. The premium was hovering around Rs.1 and then somehow managed to get it stable in penny. Still there is few hope for investors to get the listing in premium but we can expect a flat listing even a negative listing for the same. Lets see how RVNL list on the indices.
