Nexus Select Trust REIT lists at 3% premium at Rs 103

One leading real estate investment trust Nexus Select listed at Rs 103 on NSE on May 19. This is the 4th REIT listing on the indices.

The Nexus Select Trust share price was Rs 103 on NSE and Rs 102.27 on BSE respectively at the time it opened. The market analyst and the grey market suggested the listing of a 3-5 percent premium.

The REIT got a good response to their Rs 3200 crore IPO where it subscribed 5.45 times overall in that institutional investors was subscribed 4.81 times, and non-institutional investors 6.23 times.

Nexus Select Trust REIT to raise around ₹3200 crores via IPO that comprises fresh issue of ₹1400 crores and offer for sale up to ₹1800 crores.

The 3 REITs listed are Embassy Office Parks, Mindspace Business Parks, and Brookfield India Real Estate Trust.
