Nephrocare Health Services got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹871.05  crores. This IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹353.40 crores and offer for sale up to 1,12,53,102 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. 

Moreover, the company has set up a price band between ₹438 to ₹460 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 32 shares were available in 1 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category, and for the maximum retail category, 416 shares in 13 lot sizes. 

S-HNI (Min) has a total of 448 shares in 14-lot sizes. S-HNI Max has a total of 2,144 shares in 67 lot sizes. 

While B-HNI Min has a total of 2,176 shares in 68 sizes. 

To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹14,720 and maximum investment of ₹1,91,360. 
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹2,06,080.

The company runs a total of 490 clinics, 447 in India and 43 across the Philippines, Uzbekistan, and Nepal as of March 31, 2025. Currently, the business is present in 269 towns in 21 Indian states and four union territories. 

As of March 2025, the company had 5068 dialysis machines serving 29,281 patients and performing over 2.88 million dialysis sessions. Max, Fortis Escorts, Care Hospitals, Wockhardt, Paras, CMRI, Jehangir Hospital, and Ruby Hall Clinic are some of the major hospitals the company partnered with to run an in-house dialysis center.
