Matrimony.com is coming up with Rs.500 crore ipo in September. The company is doing online match making and financial not looks good as the current year shows profit but all other were in loss. As the price band on a higher side and with face value of Rs.5 is been a point of discussion. The results seems to be very much on a negative side for last few years and then this year it shows positive. One should think before applying for the same.

Just checking the financial it shows good in March 2017 but when we look at last few years it is on a negative side. This year it shows 44 crore while it was 75 crore in 2016. Revenues increased but it is not that much compare to 2017 vs 2016.
