Landmark Cars IPO is to open on December 13. The company is to raise ₹552 crores via IPO which comprises a fresh issue of ₹150 crores and an offer for sale of up to ₹402 crores from promoters. Landmark Cars Limited is one of the largest networks of a car dealerships in the country with 115 state-of-art facilities in eight states.
