About K. V. Toys India Company 

K.V. Toys India Ltd. has been involved in making and selling pfirstic-moulded and metal toys for children for both educational and entertaining purposes. Since its incorporation in 2009, the company has offered a wide range of product portfolios, including friction-powered toys, soft bullet guns, ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) toys, pullback toys, battery-operated and electronic toys, press-and-go toys, die-cast metal vehicles, bubble toys, dolls, and other play-based products.

The company sells its products via its own brands like Alia & Olivia dolls, Yes Motors toy cars, Funny Bubbles play sets, and Thunder Strike soft-bullet guns. Each of these brands provides different types of children’s toys. Starting with 20 products and now expanded to over 700 products across various categories and catering to a wide range of age groups.

K. V. Toys India IPO GMP was ₹78 as of Monday, 8 December 2025. That indicates the IPO is trading at ₹317 with a ₹78 premium in the grey market against the issue price of ₹239.
