K. V. Toys India IPO listed with a premium of 33.89% at ₹320 on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange of India Limited). The IPO GMP was ₹151 last heard.

K. V. Toys India IPO was subscribed overall 352.63 times on the last day, while the retail quota subscribed 376.41 times, the QIB quota subscribed 193.25 times, and the NII quota subscribed 505.19 times, respectively.

K. V. Toys India got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹40.15 crores. via a fresh issue of ₹40.15 crores with a face value of ₹10 each. Moreover, the company has set up a price band of ₹227 to ₹239 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 1,200 shares were available in 2 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category and for the maximum Retail category. 

While S-HNI(Minimum) total of 1,800 shares in 3 lot sizes. Moreover, the S-HNI (Maximum) is 3,600 shares in 6 lot sizes. B–HNI Minimum category received 4,200 shares in 7 lot sizes. 

To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum and maximum of ₹2,86,800. 
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹4,30,200. 
  • S-HNI: Maximum Investment of: ₹8,60,400.

The opening date of the K. V. Toys India IPO subscription was December 8, 2025, and the closing date was December 10, 2025. The K. V. Toys India  Services IPO allotment was finalized on December 11, 2025, and the IPO listing is on December 15, 2025.

K.V. Toys India Ltd. has been involved in making and selling plastic-moulded and metal toys for children for both educational and entertaining purposes.
