Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited is coming up with an IPO. The company is incorporated in 1913 and it is a Mini Ratna Category I Company. They are engaged in ship building promoted by President of India, acting through the Ministry of Defence. The PSU company is geared up the ipo worth Rs.1000-1200 crore.
