Fujiyama Power Systems received approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹828 crores, wherein a fresh issue of ₹600 crores and offer for sale up to 1,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each. The IPO price band is around ₹216 to ₹228 per share.
