Flywings Simulator got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹57.05 crores. This IPO consists of a fresh issue of ₹48.00 crores and an Offer for Sale of up to 4,74,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Moreover, the company has set up a price band between ₹181 to ₹191 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 1,200 shares were available in 2 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category and for the maximum retail category. While S-HNI (Min) total of 1,800 shares in a 3-lot size, and for the max S-HNI, 4,800 shares in an 8-lot size. B-HNI minimum 5,400 shares were available in 9 lot sizes.

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹2,29,200 and maximum investment of ₹2,29,200. 
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹3,43,800.

  • B-HNI: Minimum investment of ₹10,31,400.
