Dinesh Engineers Limited is coming up with an IPO. Dinesh Engineers incorporated in 2006 based in Mumbai. They provides passive communication infra services to telecom operators and ISP providers. They got licence from DoT with IP-I License as well. They can establish and maintain wired networks, duct space to sale or lease on IRU basis to the licensees of Telecom Operators and ISPs. They have network around 7500 km in states like Gujarat, Goa, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Andhra and Telangana. They have bigger clients like Bharti Airtel, Idea, R.Com, Vodafone, Sify, Hathway, Tata Communication, Reliance Jio, BSNL, Intech and more. A good company to invest in for short term and long term.
