Chamunda Electrical IPO Listed at 40% premium on NSE at ₹70

The listing gain of Chamunda Electrical IPO is 40% on NSE stock opened at ₹70. The IPO GMP was Rs 20 last heard.

Chamunda Electrical IPO subscribed 737.95 times overall on the last day, a retail quota was subscribed over 554.09 times, and NII was subscribed over 1,943.07 times, QIB was subscribed over 155.85.  

Details About Chamunda Electrical IPO 

Chamunda Electrical got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹14.60 crores, afresh issue with ₹14.60 crores with the face value of Rs 10 each. Further, it had a set price band between ₹47 to ₹50 per share. 

In this IPO 3,000 shares were in 1 lot size for retail minimum and maximum category. 

Moreover, 6,000 shares were in 2 lot sizes for the S-HNI category. 

 To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts:

  • Retail Investors: Minimum and maximum investment of ₹1,50,000. 
  • SHNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of₹3,00,000. 

Chamunda Electrical IPO’s Subscription Duration 

This IPO’s subscription started on February 4, 2025, and closed on February 6, 2025. 

The Chamunda Electrical IPO’s allotment date was February 7, 2025, and they received a refund on February 10, 2025. The listing of this IPO is on February 11, 2025. 

Funds Deployment of This IPO  

  • Chamnunda Electricals IPO proceeds would be utilized for capital expenditures like purchasing a New Testing Kit and Equipments;
  • With this money, the loan repayment will occur.

Chamunda Electrical Limited, founded in June 2013, is a rapidly expanding company that provides specialized services in the operation and maintenance of substations up to 66 kV (kilovolt), as well as the testing and commissioning of electrical substations up to 220 kV. The company is also involved in solar power generation, with a capacity of 1.5 MW (Megawatts). 

It services such as erecting EHV class equipment, structures and equipment, earthing, control cable works, and other related work to the substations.

Chamunda Electrical Company surged profit to around ₹20.07 crores in 2024 in comparison to ₹14.01 crore in 2023. Moreover, PAT ₹2.46 crores in 2024 against a profit of ₹0.31 crores in 2023.
