One of the leading BPCL has announced a second interim dividend for the 2025-26. The company has announced a dividend of â‚ą10 per equity share. The shares' face value is â‚ą10 per share.

BPCL Dividend Record Date

On the 23rd January 2026, the board of Directors has held a meeting and announced that the BPCL dividend would be â‚ą10 per equity share. BPCL dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 21st February 2026,” BPCL’s exchange filing read. 

The company has set the BPCL record date as Monday, 2 February. As the Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the second Interim Dividend. Further, the Board of Directors’ meeting started at 4:00 p.m. and ended at 6:10 p.m. 

BPCL Q3 Results

The company also announced financial results from October to December quarter on Friday, 23 January. The company’s profit increased from 88.87% to ₹7,188.4 crore from ₹3,805.94 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. In this quarter, the company has raised more money, around 7.13%, compared to the same quarter last year. As the revenue went up from ₹1,27,550.57 crore to ₹1,36,653.12 crore.
