Bajaj Finance finalizes record date for bonus issue and stock split

Here is the good news for the Bajaj Finance shareholders as, announcement from the company for the record date of bonus shares and stock split.

As of June 9, 2025, the Bajaj Finance share price opened at ₹9,550, reached a high of ₹9,788, and dipped to a low of ₹9,403 during the trading session.

Earlier, Bajaj Finance had declared a 2:1 stock split and a 4:1 bonus share. Additionally, every shareholder would receive 4 extra shares for each share of Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Along with bonus shares, the board has also decided it’s stock split ratio of 2:1, wherein shareholders would receive double equity shares based on their holding, with the face value of ₹1 each share, without reducing the current market value of existing shareholders’ investments.

Bajaj Finance AUM (Assets Under Management)

As per the sources, as of 31 March 2025, the company’s Assets Under Management (AUM) increased by 26 per cent YoY, reaching ₹4.17 lakh crore. Additionally of ₹18,700 crore during the quarter highlights consistent credit demand.
