Marriott, Hilton, Minor, and Atmosphere are the global operators that run or franchise all of their hospitality properties. JW Marriott, Pune, The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Conrad, Maldives, Anantara, Maldives, and Raaya by Atmosphere, Maldives are some of the luxury properties businesses owned by Ventive Hospitality Limited.
As of March 31, 2024, they have a total of 11 operational hospitality properties in India and Maldives, with an overall 2,036 properties across the luxury, upper, and upscale segments. As of now, Ventive Hospitality has three hospitality properties in the Maldives which are globally ranked as one of the most loved tourist spots. As of March 31, 2024, the company operates a total of 11 hospitality properties, of which 7 properties (1331 rooms) were built by the company, and the remaining 4 properties (705 rooms) were purchased by the company
