About Sunsky Logistics IPO
Sunsky Logistics Limited, founded in July 05 2020, is one of the leading integrated logistics solution providers. They are involved in managing and coordinating the movement of materials or finished goods across the supply chain, from the starting point to the destination. Freight forwarding, cargo handling, door-to-door distribution, multi-transport operations, and customs clearance are the third-party logistics (3PL) services the company offers.
In 2021, the company received a Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) license. After which, Sunsky Logistics started to offer multimodal transportation services through rail, air, road, and sea. In 2022, it received an Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) certificate. Moreover, the company also provides project cargo handling services. The USA, Uganda, UAE, Oman, Guatemala, Australia, and Iraq are some of the countries in which the company offers its services. The company includes 9 employees, as of July 31, 2025.
