The Company changed its name to SPV GLOBAL TRADING LIMITED w.e.f. 26.04.2019. At present, the Company is engaged in the business of trading in non-ferrous metals. The promoters and the promoter group of the company have vast experience in the manufacturing and trading business. The Company holds 50.51% equity shares of a metal manufacturing company i.e. Rashtriya Metal Industries Ltd having its registered office in Mumbai.
