Shreeji Shipping Global was founded in 1995 and started to provide a complete shipping and logistics service for dry bulk cargo at ports and jetties across India and Sri Lanka. It operates a large fleet of over 80 vessels, such as barges, mini bulk carriers, tugboats, and floating cranes. The company also uses over 370 machines, such as excavators, loaders, tippers, trailers, and tankers, to serve customers quickly and efficiently.

The company offers a range of services, including cargo handling services, including lightening, stevedoring, and cargo management. Transportation includes moving goods from the port to the customer and back, providing complete logistics support. Other incomes come from selling scrap and doing various small activities.

In 2025, the company had a revenue of ₹610.45 crores, which is lower than ₹736.17 crores in 2024. However, the profit increased from ₹124.51 crores in 2024 to ₹141.24 crores in 2025.
