About Sheel Biotech IPO
Sheel Biotech Limited, started in November 1991, works in biotechnology, floriculture, greenhouses, and organic farming. The company grows and supplies plants for crops, fruits, vegetables, and flowers using tissue culture and organic methods.
It also builds and maintains greenhouses, supports farmers, and gives training through Farmer-Producer Organizations (FPOs).
Sheel Biotech provides landscaping services to both government and private clients. The company has skilled and experienced promoters who are one of the main reasons for the company’s growth.
Its revenue grew by 11% and profit after tax (PAT) went up by 2% between the financial years ending March 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025.
