Patel Retail IPO received approval from SEBI for an IPO worth ₹242.76 crores. In this IPO fresh issue was ₹215.91 crores, and the offer for sale was up to 10,02,000 equity shares, along with a face value of ₹10. 

Further, the Patel Retail IPO had a set price band between ₹237 to ₹255 Per Share.

The company’s total revenue grew at an average annual rate of 11%, increasing from ₹82,775.34 lakhs in 2021 to ₹1,01,980.36 lakhs in 2023. began with a single grocery store and has since expanded to over 40.

In 2025, the company earned a revenue of ₹825.99 crores, which is more than the ₹817.71 crores it earned in 2024. The profit also went up, from ₹22.53 crores in 2024 to ₹25.28 crores in 2025.
