NSDL IPO Listed at a 10% premium on BSE at ₹880

NSDL IPO listing gain is 10% on BSE, the stock opened at ₹880. The IPO GMP was ₹124 last heard.

NSDL IPO subscribed 41.02 times overall on the last day, a retail quota was subscribed over 7.76 times, NII was subscribed over 34.98 times, and QIB was subscribed over 103.97 times.  

NSDL IPO details 

NSDL’s IPO got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹4011.60 crores. NSDL IPO consists of OFS of 5,01,45,001 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. Further, it had a set price band between ₹760 to ₹800 per share. 

In the NSDL IPO, 18 shares were in a 1 lot size for the retail minimum and 234 shares for the 13 lot sizes for the maximum category. 

Moreover, 252 shares were in 14 lot sizes for the S-HNI category.  

B-HNI Minimum category consists of 1,260 shares in 70 lot sizes. 

To invest in the NSDL IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹14,400. 
  • Retail Investors: Maximum investment of ₹1,87,200. 
  • SHNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹2,01,600. 
  • B-HNI: Minimum investment of ₹10,08,000. 

NSDL IPO’s Subscription Duration 

NSDL’s IPO subscription started on July 30, 2025, and closed on August 1, 2025. The NSDL IPO allotment date was August 4, 2025, and the allotment was received on August 5, 2025. The NSDL IPO listing is on August 6, 2025. 

NSDL’s IPO Funds Deployment 

  • Carry out the Offer for Sale of up to 50,145,001 Equity Shares of face value of ₹ 2 each aggregating to ₹ [●] million by the Selling Shareholders; and
  • Achieve the benefits of listing the Equity Shares on BSE
