About NIS Management IPO
NIS Management Limited is one of the premier companies in the field of security and facility management. The Kolkata-based company was founded in 1985. The company has around 16,000 employees working across 14 states in India.
Further, the company provides varied types of services to the clients, such as security Services, Integrated Facility Management, and Housekeeping Services. In 1986, NIS received its first airport security contract in Bihar, which needed a team of 100 people.
Apart from that, strong presence in the region and good at finding skilled workers, a high number of full-time staff compared to temporary workers, uses a mobile app for tracking attendance, uses QR codes to monitor employees, certified by NSDC to provide professional training are the competitive strengths.
