The Neoplian Pizza and Foods Limited is located at 434 & 435, SWC Hub, Opp. Rajpath Complex, Vasna Bhayli Road, Vadodara – 391410, Gujarat, India was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company in the name of “JRM Fertilizer Private Limited” on February 05, 2011, under the provision of the Companies Act, 1956. Afterward, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013. The name of the Company was changed to “Neopolitan Pizza Limited” vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Company to a Public Company dated October 22, 2014.
The company was listed on the Emerge ITP Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on November 03, 2014. The company operates in two segments, namely the restaurant business and the trading of agricultural commodities. The company owns and operates its restaurants operates through a franchise model and provides Italian pizza made with fresh ingredients. Moreover, the agricultural department has a deal in products such as wheat, rice, tomatoes, onions, and other such products.
Further, Neopolitan Pizza And Foods Limited has strategically expanded its global footprint through an investment of $87,500 in its wholly-owned subsidiary Neoindian Pizza Inc. located in the USA. Its main motive is to have strong relationships with customers and fulfill their needs and desires.
