Capital Infra Trust was founded in 2023. This company is famous as an infrastructure investment trust supported by Gawar Construction Limited. Moreover, the sponsoring company specializes in building roads and highways in 19 states across India for different government organizations, including NHAI, MoRTH, MMRDA, and CPWD. On November 11, 2024, the Trust was assigned a ‘Provisional CRISIL AAA/Stable’ rating by CRISIL Ratings Limited for its NCD(s) and proposed long-term bank loan facility. Since 2008 Gawar Construction Limited has finished 100 projects and this company is handling a total of 26 projects under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). Capital infra trust portfolio along with assets are owned, managed, and operated by Project SPVs. Financially, the revenue of this firm has been fluctuating since 2022, 2023, and 2024(1,908.15, 2,033.09, and 1,485.09 Cr) respectively.
