Bajaj Finance Limited on April 29, 2025 announced 1:1 stock split, 4:1 bonus issue, and ₹56 final dividend for the share holders.

Bajaj Finance Stock Splits 1:1

Bajaj Finance’s board approved a 1:1 stock split for the share holders. The 1 share of ₹2 will be split into two shares of ₹1 each. Earlier in 2016, Bajaj Finance stock split from ₹10 in to five shares of ₹2 each.

Bajaj Finance Bonus Issue 4:1

Bajaj Finance bonus issue announced on 29th April. The company will issue 4 bonus shares to its shareholders for every 1 share held as on the record date.

Bajaj Finance’s board approved a final dividend of ₹44 per share and a special dividend of ₹12 per share, that means the share holders will the dividend of ₹56 per share.

Bajaj Finance’s share price on 29th April closed at ₹9,105 with high of ₹9,146 and a low of ₹8,960.

The blue-chip stock has gained more than 35% so far in 2025, boosting investor wealth by over ₹1.5 lakh crore. Its market value is now close to ₹6 lakh crore, after hitting a new 52-week high of ₹9,660 on April 24.
