Arkade Developers Limited, which is among the top real estate firms in Mumbai, Maharashtra, started as a company that deals only with building projects. However, at present there are several gated community projects being developed under its name like Arcade Nest, Arcade Prime, Arcade Crown, Arcade Aspire, and Arcade Aura. The company has completed 27 projects totaling over four million sq ft of development amounting to more than 4,000 customers served so far. It is worth noting that Arkade developers are working on about five ongoing projects and two upcoming ones that will consume around 2 million square feet of space for them. Due to this successful business strategy based on strong brand recognition and customer focus it has gained massive popularity in the Maharashtra region.
