Lemon Tree Hotels alloted Rs.311 crore of equity shares to 16 anchor investors at Rs.56 per share. The shares are alloted at upper price band. Lemon Tree Hotels ipo price band has been fixed at Rs.54-56 per equity share with minimum bid of 265 shares and multiply 265 shares thereafter. The company is going to hit the market for subscription on March 26 and closes on March 28.
The registrar of the ipo is Karvy Computershare Private Limited while Book Running Lead Manager of the ipo are Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, CLSA India Private Limited and J.P. Morgan India Private Limited and Yes Securities (India) Limited.
