Since its incorporation in 1985 until September, 2025, Capricorn Systems Global Solutions was engaged in the business of software services and commodities-related activities. In August 2025, the Board of Directors approved the plan to expand the business into trading and related activities in agricultural products and food grains, food and beverages, edible and non-edible oils, and chemicals and allied products.
From buying, selling, supplying, importing, exporting, marketing, distributing, providing logistics, to trading in these products, the firm is involved in every activity. After the change, the firm has been running its business as a diversified trading and distribution business.
