Sudeep Pharma IPO is listed with a premium of 23.10% at ₹733.95 on the BSE and at ₹730 on NSE. The IPO GMP was ₹115 last heard.

Sudeep Pharma IPO was subscribed overall 93.71 times on the last day, while the retail quota subscribed 15.65 times, QIB subscribed 213.08 times, and the NII quota subscribed 116.72 times, respectively.

Sudeep Pharma received SEBI approval for an IPO of ₹895 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹95.00 crores and an offer for sale of up to 1,34,90,726 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each. It has a set price band of ₹563 to ₹593 per share.  

Sudeep Pharma Funds Utilisations  

  • Capital expenditure towards procurement of machinery for the production line located at Nandesari Facility. 
  • General corporate purposes.

Moreover, the retail category had 25 shares in a 1-lot size, with a minimum application, and the maximum category had 325 shares in 13. S-HNI minimum of 350 in 14 lot sizes. S-HNI Maximum 1,675 shares in 67 lot sizes. 1,700 shares in 68 lot sizes.
