Suba Hotels has received approval from SEBI for its IPO of ₹75.47 crores, comprising a fresh issue of ₹75.47 crores with a face value of ₹10 each. It has a set price band of ₹105 to ₹111 per share.

  • The proceeds raised from the fresh issue will be used towards the upgradation and last-mile funding of hotel premises.
  • Some IPO money will be used for the general corporate purposes.
