Studds Accessories Limited is a company from Faridabad, Haryana, India. It was incorporated in 1975 and started operations in 1983. The company makes two-wheeler helmets and motorcycle accessories. It sells helmets under the “Studds” and “SMK” brands, and other accessories under the “Studds” brand. 

They have received a lot of love and support from customers around the world. Furthermore, they are the largest two-wheeler helmet company in India by revenue in Fiscal 2023 and the largest in the world by the number of helmets sold in Fiscal 2024.  

Studds Accessories Ltd.’s revenue grew by 11%, and its profit after tax (PAT) went up by 22% between the financial years ending March 31, 2024, and March 31, 2025.

The company reported revenue of ₹595.89 crores in 2025 against ₹535.84 crores in 2024. The company reported a profit of ₹69.64 crores in 2025 against a profit of ₹57.23 crores in 2024.
