Pranav Constructions received SEBI approval for an IPO of ₹351.03 crores that comprises a fresh issue of ₹316 crores and an offer for sale of up to 28,56,869 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Pranav Constructions IPO price band is ₹118 to ₹124 per share. 

How many shares did investors receive in this IPO? 

• The retail minimum category got 120 shares in 1 lot size, and the retail maximum got 1,560 shares in 13 lot sizes. 
• S-HNI Minimum category consisted of 1,680 shares in 14 lot sizes. 
• S-HNI Maximum category had 8,040 shares in 67 lot sizes. 
• B-HNI Minimum category received 8,160 shares in 68 lot sizes.

Object to the Issue

• The proceeds raised from the fresh issue will be used towards obtaining government and statutory approvals, purchase of additional FSI, and costs towards Compensation to members for alternate accommodation and hardship compensation, in relation to the development of certain of the Under-construction Redevelopment Projects and certain of the Upcoming Redevelopment Projects.
• A portion will go towards repayment/prepayment of existing borrowings taken by the company.
• Lastly, the remaining funds will go towards future redevelopment projects and general corporate purposes.

About the Pranav Constructions IPO Company  

Incorporated in July 2003, Pranav Constructions is a real-estate firm that is involved in the redevelopment of old buildings and properties in Mumbai. It works on different types of housing, including Economical homes, Mid/Mass homes, and Aspirational homes. 

As of March 2026, the firm had 65 redevelopment projects in the Mumbai MCGM area, of which 28 projects are completed, 20 projects are under construction, and 17 projects are upcoming. Rather than building new properties on new land, Pranav Constructions is mainly involved in the redevelopment or renovation of old existing properties into new ones.
