The company’s main aim is to deliver good-quality and hygienically processed flour products supported by strict quality control. Along with wheat-based products, the firm is also engaged in the trading of vegetables such as potatoes and tomatoes.

For medium-term investment, this IPO might be a good fit. Overall, investors should carefully evaluate the company’s fundamentals, strengths, risks, and growth prospects before deciding whether to invest.

Strengths:

  • The company is supported by a skilled management team and established promoters having 7 years of experience in the Agriculture and Food Industry.
  • The firm manages its entire processing lifecycle itself, from buying raw materials to production, packaging, storage, and dispatch of finished products.
  • Peshwa Wheat has maintained a strong relationship with its suppliers for uninterrupted access to good quality raw materials at competitive prices.
  • A strong focus on maintaining high-quality standards, food safety compliance, and hygienic processing practices across all stages of production.

Weaknesses:

  • The company depends on its top 10 customers for 71% of its revenue in FY26. Loss of any of the top customers can adversely affect its overall business and revenue.
  • As of FY26, Peshwa Wheat relies on its top 10 suppliers for 52.16% of its raw materials. Loss of any of the key suppliers can damage the reputation and impact its business operations.
  • 100% of the company’s raw materials, like wheat, chana dal, and maize kernel, come from the state of Madhya Pradesh, which exposes Peshwa to geographical concentration risks.
  • The firm derives 97.21% of its revenue from the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Gujarat in FY26. Loss of any customers from these states can negatively impact the business, cash flow, and financial condition.
