Pajson Agro IPO Listed at 5.08% premium on BSE at ₹124

Pajson Agro IPO is listed with a premium of 5.08% at ₹124 on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange). The IPO GMP was ₹5 last heard.

On the last day, the Pajson Agro IPO was subscribed 6.50 times overall, while the retail quota was subscribed 3.85 times, QIB 10.92 times, and the NII quota 6.86 times, respectively. 

Pajson Agro IPO Details 

Pajson Agro received approval from SEBI for its IPO of ₹74.45 crores, a fresh issue of ₹74.45 crores with a face value of ₹10 per share. It has a set price band of ₹112 to ₹118 Per Share.  

Pajson Agro Funds Utilisations 

  • The proceeds raised from the fresh issue will be used towards the Establishment of a Second Cashew Processing Facility at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.
  • Lastly, the remaining funds will be used General Corporate Purpose.

Moreover, the retail category had 2,400 shares in a 2-lot size, with a minimum application and a maximum application.

S-HNI Minimum got 3,600 shares in 3 lot sizes. 

S-HNI Maximum got 8,400 shares in 7 lot sizes

About Pajson Agro IPO 

Pajson Agro India, founded in 2021, is one of the leading companies involved in the processing of raw cashew nuts into cashew kernels and supplying them to international markets. Under the white-label brand, the company sells its products through 4 verticals: Wholesale Mandis (Local markets), Institutional Sales (to retail chains, food brands, etc.), exports, and B2C/Royal Mewa brand. 

Pajson Agro India runs a large cashew processing plant in Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh, covering 295,990.20 sq. ft. with a processing capacity of 18,000 metric tonnes. The facility handles all major processing stages, including shelling, peeling, cleaning, grading, sorting, and other related operations.

The company reported revenue of ₹187.28 crores in 2025 against ₹96.04 crores in 2024. The company reported a profit of ₹20.42 crores in 2025 against a profit of ₹3.35 crores in 2024.
