Kaytex Fabrics got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹69.81 crores. In this IPO, a fresh issue of ₹57.59 crores and offer for sale up to 6,79,200 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. Moreover, the company has set up a price band between ₹171 to ₹180 per share. 

In this IPO, a total of 1,600 shares were available in 2 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category and for the maximum retail category. While S-HNI (Min) total of 2,400 shares in a 3-lot size, and for the max S-HNI, 4,800 shares in a 6-lot size. 

B-HNI minimum 5,600 shares were available in 7 lot sizes. 

To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts:

  • Retail Investors: Minimum investment of ₹2,88,000 and maximum investment of ₹2,88,000. 
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹4,32,000.
