Helloji Holidays got approval from SEBI for an IPO of ₹10.96 crores. This IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹10.96 with a face value of ₹10 each. Moreover, the company has set up a price band of ₹110 to ₹118 per share. 

In this IPO a total of 2,400 shares were available in 2 lot sizes for the minimum Retail category, and for the maximum Retail category, while S-HNI(Minimum) total of 3,600 shares in 3 lot sizes. Moreover, the S-HNI (Maximum) is 8,400 shares in 7 lot sizes. B–HNI Minimum category received 9,600 shares in 8 lot sizes. 

To invest in this IPO, each investor category has specific investment amounts: 

  • Retail Investors: Minimum and maximum of ₹2,83,200.
  • Small HNI (S-HNI): Minimum investment of ₹4,24,800. 
  • S-HNI: Maximum Investment of: ₹9,91,200. 
  • B-HNI Minimum: investment of: ₹11,32,800.
