GNA Axles Q4 Results rise 50% to ₹25 crore, Announces the Dividend of ₹3 per share.

For the quarter ending March 31, the company generated a combined net profit of ₹25 crore, compared to ₹16.7 crore in the same period previous year. In addition, the company generated a revenue of ₹377.5 crore from operations, compared to ₹371 crore the previous year, showcasing the revenue climbed by 1.8% respectively.

We can also able to see that (EBITDA) Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization reached ₹50.3 crore, increased by 40%, showing an improvement in the EBITDA margin to 13%, compared to the previous year, which was 10% only. 

GNA Axles, one of the leading manufacturers of automotive transmission components, has declared a dividend of ₹3 per share with a record date set for June 23, 2025. GNA Axles specializes in making rear axles, shafts, and spindles for the four-wheeler industry. The company has also been growing rapidly across indian and international markets. 

Before the results were released, the GNA Axles stock closed 1.5% higher at ₹342.50 on the National Stock Exchange. If we talk about the shares of the company in this unstable market, it was doing pretty well. However, in the latest months, the stocks of the company have not been doing well, falling to 17.2% in the six-month period.
