C2C Advanced Services IPO Update on Allotment, Listing

The company has declared that 28th November is the last day for all investors who want to get a refund from this IPO as the C2C Advanced IPO has been postponed and the listing would be on 03 December 2024 said to SEBI.

A company needs to hire an independent auditor for financial clarifications and unbiased reports told by market regulators. However company provided a clear statement to NSE, they have already hired independent auditors and reports will be provided within 2 or 3 days.

Additionally, NSE has decided to establish a monitoring agency for C2C advanced companies to check how funds are used after listing and listing has been postponed until independent auditors of C2C submit a report to the NSE/SEBI, the notice said.

However, C2C Advanced IPO are going to be listed on 03 December. Still, the company gave statements that investors can withdraw by 3 PM on November 28th.

However, this IPO has great demand despite SEBI’s directive, The issue was oversubscribed by 125.43 times, with investors bidding for 36,56,00,400 shares, while only 29,14,800 shares were available.

C2C Advanced Systems IPO GMP stood at Rs 160. The IPO might list higher than the price band of Rs 386 with a premium of 71%.
