According to the sources, Travomint filed its DRHP with SEBI and stock exchanges on March 30. They decided to file the draft papers via a confidential filing route so that they could receive feedback from SEBI regarding any changes without sharing their IPO papers with the public.

More companies are choosing the confidential filing route as it allows them to receive feedback, make changes, and helps them to navigate market conditions before making a public filing.
