Abakkus Asset Manager IPO details & conversation with bankers
Sources say the conversation of firms and advisors would have taken around a few months, and the current plan is to launch an IPO with a mostly offer-for-sale, wherein the shareholders will sell their shares through an OFS. This method has been used before for listing asset management companies in India.Â
The firm doesn’t need money right now. A listing would let employees and current investors cash in the stock options they’ve earned since the firm started.
